Picture Story Sequence




Before you Start

Skill Level: For students to tell a story at the action-sequence level, with the support of the lesson, they need to be able to:

  • Identify and name a character.
  • Describe the setting.
  • Tell what the character is doing in the setting.
  • Use sequence words (first, next, then, after that, and finally).
  • Know the vocabulary depicted in the story.
  • Use simple sentence structure.
  • Participate in a guided co-telling of the story with the teacher.
